RETURN POLICY

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

If you are not satisfied with the product or merchandise received from our e-store, you may exchange any unusedportion of your order within 30 days of the original order date.

All exchanges must be handled through our form submission and you must ship your products back to ourheadquarters at your expense. No capsules or machines can be returned without filling the form submission whichyou can receive by contacting us, providing the e-bill received and descriptive commentary on issues or non-satisfactory information.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We will gladly refund your original cost if you are returning an itembecause of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective or damaged.

The process for returns is described below. This includes products ordered from our e-store and delivered to anotherperson as a gift. Please keep in mind that we are unable to process a return and issue a credit to anyone but theoriginal purchaser.

If you would like to return an item, please follow the steps below:

1. Locate your Order Number from your Order Confirmation e-mail or your packing slip.

2. Email or Call us for a return form submission.

3. Please fill out our submission form, this will be sent to our customer service department and a confirmationas well as an order return number will be sent to you. Once you have received confirmation from one of our teammembers, a mailing address will be provided to you so you may ship back the goods to our headquarters.

4. Once we received and inspected your package, your will receive an e-mail confirming that we have credited backyour account through the payment process checkout used at the original time of your order. Refunds usually takebetween 2-4 weeks after we have received the returned goods. Note: No credits will be issued as cheques or cash.
